Terms and Conditions

  • Why was my transaction declined?
    • Refer to the description in the transaction status for information about why a particular transaction was declined.

  • How can I obtain a refund for a transaction that was processed through PayWay by mistake or was a duplicate payment?
    • Email your request to accounts@led-signs.com.au and include the reference number and value of payment made. On receipt of this email, if the claim is validated and is an incorrect or duplicate payment, the refund will be processed the next business day with a receipt emailed to the original sender.

  • How can I obtain a refund for change of mind BEFORE delivery or an invoice dispute?
    • Payments are only permitted for a valid tax invoice issued after the works have been authorised or approved. Any dispute should be emailed to accounts@led-signs.com.au and include the reference number, value of payment made and the dispute or cancellation request. The original approver of the invoice will handle the refund request and contact you to discuss the matter. If the works have not been provided, the refund will be processed within 1 business day within PayWay. If the works have partially been provided, a revised invoice will be issued and the appropriate credit that will be refunded by PayWay. If the works have been completed and a dispute exists, any refund will only be applied once the dispute is resolved and all parties are in agreement.

  • Return policy, AFTER delivery:
    • Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a exchange or credit where goods have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased or are unable to perform as advertised. Where the goods are faulty, refer to the warranty conditions and warranty package ordered. In all cases though, during the warranty period your order can be returned to LED Signs Pty Ltd for fee free repair where the fault or defect is identified as a warrantable claim.

  • Can I refund a transaction that was not originally processed through PayWay?
    • Only transactions that were originally processed through PayWay can be refunded using this system. Payments made by direct deposit or EFT can only be refunded using the original processing system.

  • Shipping and Delivery Policy:
    • We deliver products using TNT / Fedex. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are quoted to you prior to despatch where you can select your own freight cartage or instruct LED Signs Pty Ltd to despatch on your behalf with or without transit insurance as quoted. Shipping times are estimated at between 2 and 7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Destinations:
    • LED Signs Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide and internationally.

  • Security Policy:
    • When purchasing from LED Signs Pty Ltd, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Westpac Payway https://www.payway.com.au/about. Card data is not hosted by LED Signs Pty Ltd after processing.
